Unprofessional staff!

Wonderful hotel, liked its really helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The room was silent and large included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a sitting area.

My recent stay at Hotel Aurora was enjoyable and comfortable. The location was convenient and the room was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised at how chilled the room was, even during the summer. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable. The staff were helpful and displayed a fair level of friendliness.

The location is perfect and exceptionally nice and they have parking on-site. What's more, it was close to a train station.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with restaurants, a supermarket, and the train station all within walking distance. We were also close to the Wiesbaden art and natural science museum. As a budget traveler, the price of the hotel was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options.
